A branch goes offline on a delivery app and nobody inside the restaurant knows. This watches every branch on every app and sends a WhatsApp the minute one stops taking orders — then keeps a record of what your ratings and your competitors did while you weren't looking.

Alerts arrive as a message to one number or a group. Nobody has to log in to anything or keep a dashboard open.
If an app can't be reached for 6 hours straight, or 1,000 checks in a row fail, checking stops on its own and you get a message saying so. A Resume button appears at the top of this page.
Short outages are not worth a message — a few failed checks in a row get one line in the log and nothing else.
It checks each branch's listing on each delivery app every few minutes, writes a snapshot, and compares it to the last one. When something changes that you'd want to know about, it sends a WhatsApp. Everything else is just the snapshots, kept long enough to be useful and thrown away after that.
A branch stops taking orders — the tablet died, someone hit pause at lunch, the app dropped you — and a message lands within a few minutes. Another one lands when it comes back, with how long it was down.
The apps show you today's score. This keeps every score it has ever seen, so a slide from 4.6 to 4.4 shows up as a line with a date on it rather than a vague feeling that things got worse.
Every restaurant in your area gets tracked the same way. Who is closed on a Friday night, who is buying ads, who just overtook you on rating — all of it is public on the app, none of it is watchable by hand.
